This 3 room condo is located just on the outskirt of KK township. Being only 5 minutes drive away, it is close enough to town, but still far enough for you to enjoy the quite and relaxing local KK lifestyle.
The house comes with 3 rooms, with 2 of them fitted with queen beds, and one of it with personal bathroom. There is also another shared bathroom for your use.
Balcony facing the pool and green hill are available. A good spot for your morning coffee! There is also a laundry spot for you to use!

Great Location on Signal Hill. Excellent parking and nearby supermarket. Spacious, clean and with a pool for use of the residents Quiet, good wifi and comfortable.
I would stay again. Great value for the amount of space.
