This apartment is perfect if you are looking for reasonably-priced, clean, spacious and good location. Stayed here for a short weekend getaway with my family (6 of us in total, including 2 senior citizens) and we all agreed that we made the right choice. Btw, we travelled from Brunei to KK by car. Found this lovely apartment via TA, contacted the owner and made the booking (also via TA) . Mdm Zoolina, the owner, was always prompt to reply my mails and despite the very short notice, was willing to let us stay at the apartment. On the day of arrival, we were greeted by a Mr.Aman who kindly showed us around the apartment and provided us the access card for FREE parking at P3. However, we didn't use the access card much, only during the first night. There are plenty of parking space just outside the tower's main entrance (fee of RM8 to be paid at the security, display ticket on car dashboard for 24 hrs. You can bring your car out and back in using the same ticket). Upon entering the apartment, we found that it was very clean and tidy. Very spacious living room, enough for two sofa sets. Beds were comfy and all air-conds in the rooms are working, we all slept well during our stay. Kitchen had all the necessities we needed, i.e. utensils, plates, cooker, electric kettle, etc. There were two bathrooms, both were clean and water pressure was strong. Mdm Zoolina did mention to use the facilities (swimming pool, gym, etc) provided by apartment, but unfortunately we didn't have the time. Located just above the 1Borneo Hypermall, so shopping was not a problem and we could just get about everything from there. Bottom line, it's not a 5-star hotel but it certainly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here should we plan to go KK again one day.
