Malecon and the Airport/Busstation with a short taxi ride. The whole hotel is very clean, quiet ,the rooms generous, stylish and cozy with great view and good air condition. The breakfast is amazing (try the fresh exotic juices and the pancakes!). But above all: The staff is fantastic: incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Especially the manager Israeudis went over everything to help us with our luggage which we had to leave behind because of our sudden departure back home due to COVID. He stored it and organized the packing and complicated transport to send it home to us, for which we can not express our appreciation enough, especially in this difficult time. We can only highly recommend this hotel and we'll definitely be back whenever in Guayaquil. Thank you Israeudis
