House Rules
No pets allowed in the apt. No exceptions!!
It's not possible to add extra beds
Smoking inside the Apt. is NOT allowed. The only areas where you can smoke is around the pool and outside the buildings.
A security or key deposit of $300 is applicable which is returned to guests upon their departure as long as the apartment is left in a suitable state without any damages.
Our standard check in time is from 15:00 – 18:00. For an early/late check in/out the fee is $20.
Very nice place at a reasonable value. Quiet, and the owner very nice person. I will back to this place in the future
