Courtyards and landscape penetrate the bedrooms and bathrooms, allowing maximum airflow and natural ventilation, and the heat absorbing grass roof also minimises the need for air conditioning - although all 3 bedrooms do have that option available.
The rectangular infinity pools runs the length of the house, and the secluded beaches are just a few metres down the slope.
There are 3 bedrooms - 2 doubles and 1 twin - all ensuite and with air con. The bathrooms are indoor / outdoor and have views onto the gardens. The kitchen and staff house is in a separate building adjacent to the main house.More
