All you need is to get your personal belongings and we will arrange the rest. Breakfast and meals can be ordered by you from a choice of restaurants and cafes. Currently, there is a tiffin service operated by a family close to my bungalow) YOU CAN COOK IN OUR WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN. The PRICING is • The charge for entire ground floor bungalow apartment is Rs. 5500 (around 90 US$) per day for up to FOUR adults and TWO children less than 12 year’s age. • Rs. 800 extra person per day. Eleven additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa-beds in Living Room and on mattresses. Maximum billing of Rs. 14300 is based on fifteen guests. Minimum is Rs. 5500 for four adults. • 10 % discount applicable if the number of days of stay exceeds six. • Check in time - check out time 24 hours. Half day facility after two days of minimum stay. Facilities offered: 1. Power, water and gas 24 hours. 2. Marble flooring, plastic painted walls and bathroom walls tiled from floor to ceiling. All rooms have ACs. 3. 350 liter refrigerator, 3 burner gas stove and a water purifier in kitchen. Tea, sugar, milk and biscuits provided along with one English and regional language newspaper. 4. Each bathroom has geyser, mirror, mug +bucket and toiletries. Additional half bathroom can be used. 5. Beds and furniture. 6. Cupboards, chairs and tables. 7. Private parking for three cars and garden. 8. Utensils, mixer, juicer etc(for tourists only) 9. Includes basic house-keeping, electricity, water and gas 10. Free Wi-Fi 11. Maximum of twenty guests. Minimum two days of stay Compliances: 1. We are approved by MTDC AND India Tourism, to operate B&B / Homestay 2. Our kitchen for use by our guests is registered with FDA. 3. We are registered with FRRO (for Foreigners) 4. We are registered with the Luxury Tax Department for charging luxury tax on behalf of the Government of Maharashtra) My back ground: I hold a Masters’ Degree in Commerce from University of Bombay and also am a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India, with twenty years of experience in Investment Banking (Mumbai and Riyadh) and five years as a Professor (Finance) and reputed Management Institutes. Property Features: The Bungalow is within 250 meters of the Fertilizer Township Monorail Station and enjoys superb connectivity due to the Monorail, Eastern Freeway and the Santacruz Chembur Link Road (SCLR). Chembur is now almost central as Vashi, CST / Colaba / Nariman Point,Bandra / Airport are all within an hour of peak time driving. North facing, corner Bungalow is in center of Collector Colony, Chembur, Mumbai 400074. Frontage of 70 feet by 35 feet. First floor has teak windows of 7 ft. height and the ground floor 5 ft high. Window-panes in double glass – colored. Kitchen platforms in Granite with cupboards and steel sink. Full marble flooring inside the house and polished Kota stone slabs in compound. Power, water and gas 24 hours. All wiring and plumbing is concealed. You can access many restaurants and bars nearby. Many mom & pop stores (kirana) shops are close by for your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Best wishes.
