THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY STUNNING.It definetly boasts it's beautiful sceneries and most importantly has a stunning view of Sardina Bay beach. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the sea studio apartment. It was very neat and inviting. We felt at home. Karen and Keith are so warm and kind. They were exceptional hosts. I will DEFINETLY recommend this place.

Outstanding- Superb
I was looking for a place where newly weds can just go and spend their night in piece after the wedding. Well after a lot of phone calls I came into contact with Karin and what a blessing this was. She took care of everything for us. From the start of the booking including the extra that we ask for. Karin stayed in contact with me up to the time the newly weds was on their way from the venue so that she can make sure everything is all set with candles and everything on her side. She took exceptional care of our newly weds and made them feel so special. The breakfast the next morning was first-rate. Both of them were so happy with their stay there and I am so grateful for all her help.

Heaven on Earth
We ended up here by "accident".
We've all been there. You book a place based on reviews and then it doesn't turn out as planned. We had booked a guesthouse in central Port Elizabeth that was an absolute disaster. We took a chance and booked 302 Old Seaview through hotelsdotcom in a panic. There hadn't been any reviews on the property yet, but we were desperate.
Luckily, it ended up being the best "mistake" of our trip as Karen and Keith from 302 Old Seaview were our saviors - at 10pm on a Tuesday night?! Communication with Karen upon booking was a life preserver with her providing directions to the accommodation. Upon arrival, Karen and Keith greeted us warmly and showed us the amenities. They've put a considerable amount of love into the property evidenced by the dreamcatchers hanging in the trees to the homey decor throughout the rooms to the communal kitchen space.
When the sun rose the next morning, we were amazed by the beauty of the property. The only regret we had was not staying longer.
This is an amazing gem of an accommodation. Book now!

Wonderful place full of wonderful people
We sadly just had the chance to stay one night in the amazing home of Karen and her husband. This couple was one of the best night we had in SA. It is a perfect stop for traveler who drive along the coast (Garden Route,...).
The independant suite was very clean, all set up for us, the bed was great and the view when we woke up in the morning...these is no word I know to describe it.
Karen was the perfect host. We felt confortable from the beginning to the end and we had a blast having conversations with her.
Warm recommandation and hope we meet you again!

About the neighbourhood
Our area is known as the Chelsea Conservancy with an abundance of wildlife and indigeneous vegetation. It is peaceful and quiet with very vibrant birdlife. There are some lovely little country restuarants to explore and we are only 8 to 10kms from all amenities. There are game parks closeby, beaches to visit, a golf course a few kms from us and beautiful scenic drives.
Getting around
If you do not have a car, we would suggest using Uber. They are very reliable and active in our area.

From the airport we are approximately 15kms. Straight up Heugh Road, through Walmer, through Mount Pleasant (Buffelsfontein Road) and continue towards Seaview. Past Grass Roof Restuarant on the left, past Deer Park, Past Bushy Park, right into Old Seaview Road, 2nd entrance on left 302 (301 on wall), drive up brick paved servitude road and find our entrance on the right - 302.
