The unit is suited for short and long-stays and for business persons, tourists, etc. The place is comfortable and yet cost effective. The place is near historical sites; with a relatively warmer climate throughout the year. It is situated in the coastal area of South Africa.

The guest house is situated in a secure place, in the North Suburb of Durban, Glenanil, in the KwaZulu Natal Province. It is 21 km from King Shaka International Airport; 6 minutes’ drive to the largest Mall in KZN, Gateway; and 10 minutes’ drive to the City’s Beaches; and is in proximity to many amenities such as the Shaka Marine World of Entertainment; Suncoast and Sibaya Casinos; Golden Mile and various shopping malls, etc.
