The host Johannes is the most accommodating person we ever met in our live , every small detail is near perfection with him.
Its all these small and attentive details who make your stay wonderful in this condo.
The condo is in perfect shape and extremely clean , every day there is housekeeping(congratulations for the housekeeping lady) she is very trustworthy.
The bedroom is very nice with lots of space for your clothes , the bedding is also very comfy and tv set is present.
Condo has very nice terras with sitting area and lots off plants.
The kitchen is complete with all utensils you need , microwave ,toaster, rice cooker..............
We feel very homey in this condo and very safe and very quiet.
Pick up service is also well organized , host is waiting outside the airport , no need to worry for the hassle in Manila airport.
We surely recommend this condo , its nearly perfection.

I've probably stayed in 2,000 different lodgings and this is one of my top 5
Start out with the location....Alabang is a safe and pleasant part of Metro Manila, and the condo is located right between two of the best malls in the area - and after all, "malling" is a national sport in the Philippines. Further, it's just down the street from "Molito" which doesn't look like much from the outside, but features some of the best restaurants in the MM area. Also, about a 15 minute drive to NAIA, so it's very convenient. Puregold is the closest grocery store and it's about a 10 minute walk east of the condos on Alabang Zapote Road. Banks and ATM's right outside the condo complex entry (turn left and walk about 50 meters).
Taxis aren't that easy to find here (and typically charge about double their meters) BUT since I discovered GRABCAR, it's very simple to get a non-ripoff car service to come right to your door. If you're a visitor to the Philippines, this is a must-have app. For the more adventuresome visitors, Jeepneys run every minute or so - right outside the entrance going both east and west - and for 7 pesos will get you to either SM south and Alabang Town center in a matter of minutes.
The condo itself is extremely nice....decorated with real art, stocked with real books, two bedrooms, two flat screen televisions, a large bathroom, very good security, high speed wireless internet, a porch "to die for," and a very well equipped kitchen. I would guess about 40 square meters so you'll never feel cramped. Furthermore, Lynn, the very pleasant housekeeper keeps the place spotless during the stay. I believe that laundry service is available, but I didn't avail of that.
The grounds are beautiful. Palm trees, lots of shade when you want it, and a very large, never crowded, pool. A pleasant, shaded hang out area at the main clubhouse. Has a pretty good fitness center on site, and a decent convenience store about 100 steps from the condos (no fresh foods, however). Lots of places to walk around the grounds if you're a walker. If ever I settle down for good, I'll look for a place that looks like this.
Johannes is a great host during your stay. Service with a smile when you want it, and privacy also, when you want that. A perfect combination. Even better, that he and I see very much eye-to-eye on the state of things in the world. Makes for some very interesting conversations during my two stays there so far. :)
Very much recommend this place. It would be a pleasant place to just spend a week doing not much more than hanging around the grounds and enjoying the facilities and ambiance. I like it also because of the city of Alabang. I'd been to the Philippines before many times, but had always stayed in Makati. Frankly, I find Alabang even nicer with more to do....Enjoy!

The condo was well represented online.
Johannes and Nerissa made sure all our needs were met. The complex had great security. We felt very safe. It was very tropical looking. The condo was perfect. It was extremely clean. The cupboard was stocked with basics. Johannes helped us find an currency exchange place and then showed us a market to shop at. We had wonderful experieince.

It was very nice to be met by the owner of the condo, Mr J.Jahns, at our arrival, Mnla International Airport. The drive to the Ohana Condo/Alabang was not long and very pleasant. Upon arrival, the owner showed us around in the 2 bdrm condo, with open kitchen, fully equipped, dining room and sala. There is a large swimming pool outside (on the premises) + Club House and a very convenient
-small-supermarket. We really did enjoy the hospitality of the owner, who was always available for any information we would need.My wife and myself will certainly book the same condo for our nex trip to Manila.

It's been great having Franky & Susan at our condo, although only for a few days. Seems they liked the value for money we offer, the lush setting of our development, and free airport pick-up on arrival and departure. Susan also enjoyed our massage service several times.
We hope to welcome them back soon.
Both left our condo in tip-top condition and we can highly recommend them to any future hosts.

We were made very welcome by Johannes and Nerissa. The condominium is very nice and has all the equipment that we needed. Our hosts offered to give us anything else we required. The rooms are beautifully furnished and clean. It is situated in a very nice area of Manila and there are malls and supermarkets close to hand. The complex itself has very tight security and so it is very safe. It is beautifully designed with a fabulous pool area. There is also a fitness room and a convenience store. Johannes was very accomodating and let me stay a few more hours on the last day because my flight was not until the evening. He also provided airport transport. I wholeheartedly recommend this condominium and many thanks to Johannes and Nerissa for making us so welcome.

Corporate business centers like Madrigal Business Park, Filinvest Corporate City, Hotels, Call Centers at Northgate Cyberzone as well as ATC - Alabang Town Center and SM SouthMall, are just minutes away.
Getting around is easy, either with public transportation on the Philippines' famous 'Jeepneys', which stop right in front of our main guard house, or a taxi can be called right to your building's main entrance by our security guards.
