Property perfect for large group. Great views and outdoor seating . Only drawback was coffee pot not working , but that’s it. Fantastic time and house had everything else . Strongly recommend for multiple couples and friends .

Our girl family reunion has used this property annually for about five years… we love the great room where we can all hang out. We all get a bed and we walk around the property several times a day.

Property seems clearly designed as a vacation rental, but since that's what it is, it works really well! Large living room connected to an open-concept and spacious kitchen, 3 rooms with space for 2 guests apiece, a downstairs area with lots of beds in one room, a large wraparound balcony, and a nice veranda all provide plenty of space for guests whether they want to be together or apart. Additionally, pretty much every couch seems to have a pullout futon, so there really was an overwhelming number of places to sleep if you need them. In terms of isolation, there's a neighbor maybe 1000-1500 feet towards the highway, but other than that the space is very isolated.

Very nice house on vineyard. Lots of indoor space and also outdoor space . Only thing is carpets needed cleaning.

We were in town for a wedding. The location of the house was great for us. Our biggest issue was the bunk room. There is no door, it's all open and the sound from upstairs travels straight to that room. It wasn't conducive to sleeping. Also, the light switches could use labeling. I was up very late one night and had no idea what switch controlled what light. Testing each of them would have woke up the 3 trying to sleep in the bunk room because it's located directly at the bottom of the stairs, which are just off the kitchen/living area. Aside from that, the house was clean and Matt was very responsive.

Our trip was fun! Good location!

It easily fit all 15 of us ranging from one year old to over 70. There were ample supplies for all the basic needs. Manager Matt went out of his way to reset the TV code as someone erased the code function. It involved him driving 45 minutes to fix the situation. The views were terrific, starting with glorious sunrises and ending with radiant sunsets. Not to mention the star studded sky at night.

Overall we had an excellent weekend. It was a few months back and I don't recall any real issues we had. Would stay again. It is located on a winery so don't be surprised if there are a couple of insects running around.

Beautiful setting, great house with all the amenities you could want. The bunk room was great for the five kids we had with us, and the adults appreciated having their own space. Perfect for our extended family getaway!

What great house and property. We had a great time. The layout is great and the teen hide-away saved the rest of us😂. Cannot say enough about the wonderful wrap around porch.
