Lovely place just about right for four friends, two accompanied by their spouses. Great place in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown.

Plenty of room for 5 of us with plenty of privacy. We cooked two dinners in and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location of the home is ideal. Not far from the town center and a great home base to explore all of Paso Robles wineries and the coast.

Felt very safe with my 5 other college roommates. <br/>Renting with PRVH was easy as was arriving and walking into this house. We enjoyed talking with Alexa and requesting songs to play while relaxation and wine tasting. Conveniently located to Old Town and main streets to get anywhere and everywhere. Cooking in the kitchen was a dream! Super clean, everything new! Only recommendation to the owner is to supply sugar, and coffee creamer. What an amazing home! The photo on the PRVR website of this home does not do it justice (photo of balcony not very appealing). Passed by it many times then finally looked at the photos and what a gorgeous, new home! Clean, bright - perfect spot for 6 college roommates/sorority girls to reconnect and celebrate 30+ years of friendship. Perfect location to downtown and easy access for ride share options to find. Beds were comfy. Kitchen is a dream to cook in. Recommend to anyone renting this home to be prepared to bring your own coffee and sweetners, etc. Also, coffee pot does NOT turn off on its own, so be warned! Hoping to stay here next visit to Paso! Thank you for everything.

Beautiful, large house. In a quiet neighborhood close to town. It was cold out otherwise we would have been sitting outside on the wonderful deck. Loved the fireplace in the living room, when we were home it was on. We had an awesome time and would come back.

Great house! Clean and very pleasant. A few things that were unfortunate - in the king bedroom (not the primary suite) I was awoken several times per night by the sounds from what I believe was the tankless water heater on the other side of the wall, which is the garage. It's noisy and I slept terribly as a result. Put the heavy sleepers in that room. We stayed for a 3 day weekend and the gardners arrived just before 8am on Monday with their loud leaf blowers waking up everyone in the house. With more thoughtful scheduling, this is avoidable! Also, the house needs a full length mirror somewhere. Other than a general lack of sleep, it was lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay. This house was a perfect find and we hope to stay again! The open kitchen, dining room and living room areas was perfect for cooking and hanging out with friends. It felt like “home” right away.
