It’s a lovely house within walking distance to downtown. Home is as described. We would highly recommend this home for a large group.

We absolutely had the best time in Paso! The Hutton House was perfect for our group of four girls. I would highly recommend staying here if you get the chance.

such a great little house! beyond the proximity to downtown, the property is so well appointed and clean. every aspect of this house is well considered to provide to a comfortable experience. will definitely look to rent again for our next trip to Paso!

We had an amazing weekend. The property is beautiful and well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could need. There were 3 couples and we had plenty of room. The second bathroom was in the basement which wasn't a problem for our group of friends. We would recommend this property to anyone and hope to rent it again.

This was a 1st class stay. Location cannot be beat! Everything about this home made for a wonderful stay. Can't wait to visit again.

Well appointed and very roomy classic house literally steps from the Paso Robles town square. Tom (owner) was quickly responsive to any questions and very polite. Love the house! Perfect gfor a couple of couples or small family. We’ll be back!!

The house is beautiful, well appointed and very clean. I stayed recently with 5 friends for a girls wine tasting trip. We walked to wine tasting rooms, dinner and shopping everyday. The check in process was flawless. The owner was easy to contact and quick to help us with our needs/questions. I would highly recommend this property.
