Beach cottage
The cottage was charming and had all the amenities we needed. Great location for exploring the southern end of Redwood National-State parks, area beaches, and Trinidad. Owners were gracious in sharing their beautiful gardens to enjoy with beautiful ocean views. Cottage is quiet, comfortable, and clean.

Wonderful Place with gracious Hosts!
Beautiful property located right near the redwoods. Easily accessed but quiet. Will certainly stay again.

Pleasant stay near beautiful nature
Enjoyed seeing all the trees outside the large windows and skylight. Didn't get much time to talk to owners but had a quick friendly chat when we left. Space is clean and cute. Nice to see Tom's artwork of butterflies! Comfortable bed.

Gorgeous and tranquil
Almost afraid to say how wonderful this property is for fear of letting the secret out. Hosts are warm and friendly. Their property has a beautiful, extensive garden with a mulch path worth meandering along to enjoy the variety of flowers and bubbling stream that runs along one side of the property. (I wish this site had a way to post photos with the review.) The cottage is surrounding by greenery. There’s a great spot in the garden with a stunning ocean view. You can hear the ocean waves. The path down to Luffenholtz Beach is just steps away. Walking/hiking the nearby Trinidad Head Trail is a must! Can’t say enough how peaceful and beautiful this special place is. Thank you, Tom and Tom, for a fantastic stay!

Clean and great location—good for early risers
The cottage was very clean and was in a great location. The gardens around the cottage and house were beautiful and there is a stream running by that runs out into the ocean. Beautiful sounds to fall asleep to. Easy access to Trinidad and the Redwood Parks. The beach across the street had some of the best tide pooling I have ever experienced and was well worth a morning. Two disclosures should be made on the listing—1) There is a very large skylight above the bed and no window curtains—so you will be waking up with thee sun 2) Whether you come from the North or South, parts of Scenic drive that you must go on to get to the cottage are gravel. We came in the summer when it was dry in a very low clearance car and made it in okay, but we had to go very slow for the gravel parts (about .5-1 mile ish).

Amazing! Beautiful! Quaint! Perfect location!
Everything you could need was provided!! The overall experience was wonderful!! One of the cutest VRBOS I have stayed at!! I will be coming back soon!!

Wonderful stay in Trinidad !
The property is pristine with the cottage so clean, comfortable and unbelievable views of the surrounding lush forest. Sounds of ocean waves lull you to sleep! . Tom and Tom, the hosts , provided everything one would need with so much attention to detail. Thank you for a memorable stay.
