Two Thumbs Up
Nice, big property with a huge deck and ocean view. Nice location for beaches, but a bit of a drive to the Redwoods. Had some minor issues with parking because the restaurant owner used the driveway every day and took up one of our spaces. Had a little difficulty accessing the property, as unbeknownst to us, there were two lock boxes with different codes and one without a key. Also, be aware - most times the door will lock behind you - never leave without a key in your pocket! We didn't really care for the restaurant downstairs, as it was pricey for the food quality, and we were served wrong orders, slowly. Folks at the grocery store, Murphy's, were real nice. The property manager was pretty responsive. Our stay was not perfect, but the size, price and location of this VRBO make it a two thumbs up!

Beautiful Views!
Beautiful views of Trinidad Bay. House is roomy and very comfortable. We experienced more noise from the restaurant after hours than we had in previous stays.. Also was only able to use part of the driveway as employees of restaurant used half. We did enjoy our stay and will return.

July in Trinidad, CA
This property was immaculate! A comfortable and cozy place for our family of 5 to spend our evenings after hiking all day. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay, and the complimentary coffee from downstairs was delicious. Eating at the restaraunt below was a treat. Host was very easy to work with - Would not hesitate to book again!

Great spot for family
Lovely property. Kind and responsive hosts. Clean and comfortable with lots of games for kids. Easy access to beaches and redwood. Our kids loved the cinnamon rolls from The Eatery downstairs, tide pooling, and Kayak Trinidad.

Sweet perfection
The house was exactly as advertised. Very clean And wonderfully convenient to the redwoods. The view of the ocean from the deck and the breakfast nook was a magnificent way to start and end the days we stayed. I would stay here again.

Beautiful views from porch
We loved it! House was great, restaurant downstairs is great! Only slight issue was early morning delivery trucks for the restaurant was a little noisy. Otherwise it was perfect :)
