Enter on the main level and into the living and dining rooms, open and bright with vaulted ceilings. The quality, fully-appointed and functional kitchen is off to the right, adjacent to the main living spaces and perfect for entertaining. From here, guests can go upstairs or down. Up are three welcoming bedrooms, each with plenty of natural light, storage space and queen comfort adorned with quality linens. The bathroom upstairs is modern, inviting and clean. Downstairs is a separate living space, a family room featuring a wall-mounted flat panel television and most exceptionally, a wet-bar for a bit of pure, spirited pleasure. There is a fourth bedroom on this garden level, with a separate, lovely bathroom next door, along with a full laundry for guest-use. As inviting as the indoor living spaces are, the outdoor ones inspire a bit of mentioning as well. Access the backyard from the door adjacent the dining room. There is a patio here with a table and seating for two, all illuminated by the strings of Edison lights overhead. The backyard space is large, well maintained, and perfect for the kids to play.
