Plenty of natural light filters inside through the antique, original glass-pane windows of this home—built in 1899! The main living space is open and bright, and features a single futon for an additional bedding space. The kitchen is off this main area as well and offers quality cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a dining table suitable for four. Off to the side of the living room is the single bedroom offering a well-appointed and comfortable queen bed outfitted with quality linens, professionally laundered. There is plenty of storage space and natural light in here also—a welcoming feeling and feng-shui perhaps a bit hard to articulate. The single bathroom is clean and well-designed also. A full laundry available for guest use is at the rear of the home, along with access to the inviting backyard. With a quality Trex deck, a gas grill, gas fire pit, globe-string lighting, comfortable outdoor seating and a cornhole set—the outdoor entertainment options here abound! Enjoy a meal under the Colorado sky, or a good book or exceptional Colorado craft beer next to the fire, or a superb conversation with a new friend while others, new and old, play just a few feet away. The outdoor spaces here are equally as well-designed and inviting as the indoor ones.
