This is a two bed two bath two story condo with a one car garage. It also has a deck that faces the ski slopes of Winter Park Resort, the Continental Divide and Byers Peak. Gas fireplace with blower. It is a 30 second walk from the free shuttle with service to the slopes. Five minute walk to Safeway grocery store as well as Liquor store. Two minute walk to a great hometown roastery, and the Best Mexican food in the Valley. The best breakfast in town is also less than 1/4 mile away, and the local's favorite Crooked Creek Saloon with live music on the weekends is about an 8 minute walk. This location is amazing if you want it all and want it close. There is also a Wendy's nearby if that's what you are into.
