The house was amazing. Our family ranged in ages from 4 - 75 and it met the needs of everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of storage space. The layout of the rooms worked well, it allowed separation which works well with kids but the kitchen and the great room comfortably fit our party of 17. The property manager was very responsive when I reached out with questions. The hot tub with spectacular views was definitely a hit!

We had the pleasure of staying at this property for a week. For our large family group it worked outstanding, there was something for all ages. The location is very nice and quite private. The home has incredible attention to detail as far as the amenities included, in the kitchen every drawer and cabinet were labeled with the exact contents of what was in it. In a large kitchen like this that helps a ton. Everything we could have needed was there. A few folks in my group wondered if there would be a coffee maker, I assured them there would be- there was not one but rather 3 different types from Kuerig down to Mr Coffee. Everything in the property worked well. The back patio area is very nice and relaxing. Theatre was enjoyed by kids and adults alike as was sauna, game room, gym area and of course the wonderful grotto hot tub! Perfect spot for larger family gatherings

Plenty of activity for all of the group. Keystone, Breckenridge, and near by hiking. We were all busy every day. Thank you for a wonderful home to convene in.

House was well stocked with supplies. Beautiful views, comfortable accommodations. Lots of fridge space for our large group. Enjoyed the game room, theater room, hot tub, fire pit, and some of our under-40 group used the workout room. The massage room is a nice touch and we had a therapist brought in, which was highly enjoyable. Our only critiques were mostly minor maintenance issues: 1) 2 windows off their closing mechanism, so unable to close, 2) many exterior doors are VERY difficult to lock—one handle falling off, 3) the inability to park in the cul de sac makes for some tiresome rounds of musical cars in a driveway lined with boulders, 4) 2 of the showers were unusable until we were told to pull like we were ripping it out of the wall.

The Star Mountain house was just what we were looking for after our previous wedding house was lost in the East Troublesome wildfire. It was the perfect place for all of our wedding guests. We got married just a few minutes up the road at Sapphire Point and got to spend 5 days with our closest friends relaxing and having fun at the house. There was no shortage of things to do between the hot tub, game room, movie theater, and don’t forget beautiful walks along the Snake River! Tammy was great and responsive to any questions that we had. We had a blast and would absolutely come back in the future!

Generously designed spaces for solitary reverie and group communion and fun. Uplifting and spacious, there are many gracious settings, for quiet conversations, crafts, food prep and meals and clean up and the great relief of being together in ease and peace.All in the sacred enclosure of the sky, mountains and river.

This property itself is gorgeous, the pictures don’t do it justice. We had 13 adults stay here and had plenty of room to be together or alone. We used all of the different amenities within the house and it made our stay that much more enjoyable. Tammy is a great host. Check in/check out and house rules were all very straightforward and easy to follow. Would 100% stay here again!

Our families were able to gather here for our small rehearsal dinner and a post-wedding ceremony celebration over a long weekend. Everyone absolutely loved the space, there is something for everyone! Highly recommend.

Clean, nice location, plenty of amenities for a company leadership off-site. The media room, exercise equipment and indoor/outdoor meeting space allowed us to accomplish what we needed.

Couldn’t be happier with our stay at this property! Little details like individual bathrooms and mini fridges in each room, and the amazing mountain setting, made this property the perfect place for our small, intimate wedding - including a week of first-meetings across our families, leading up to a beautiful ceremony. Big thanks to Tammy, who was extremely responsive for a few minor requests, such as extra trash pickups throughout the week. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a similar experience with a larger group.
