The property was exactly as described and fully stocked with kitchen equipment. We had a hiccup with the wifi, but Nick responded immediately to help us through it. The location is fantastic and the deck was beautiful to relax after a day out and about. Loved the experience, thank you!

This house was fantastic! It was in a nice and quiet neighborhood, and only a 5 minute drive to the beach. It was perfect for our family of 5 to get away for the weekend. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was great. Nick called two days before to make sure that I had all the info for checking in and even offered us an extra day stay for free. He also offered us our money back if we changed our mind about our trip because it was right after hurricane Ian hit. The place was very clean, well stocked with everything in the kitchen and very comfortable. Definitely plan on staying there again.

We loved every minute of our stay. Nick and Kristil are wonderful hosts. All communications are clear, very helpful, and friendly. The house itself has a fully equipped kitchen, lots of light, and comfortable bedrooms. The location is an easy and fun bike ride to the beach. We enjoyed having coffee on the deck and listening to the birds each morning. Thank you, Nick and Kristil!

We came down for the Ocean to Bay bike ride and Nick’s place was perfect! Not all of our group stayed together so this was perfect because it was only a 1/2 mile away from the start and finish. The house was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed.
Nick reached out to see if we needed anything. He is gracious and kind. We will definitely book this place again.

Great vacation!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Home is exactly as described. The homeowner is terrific to deal with. He was readily available to answer any questions that we had even on the day of his daughter's wedding! Will be vacationing here again!

Great spot to relax and enjoy with friends!
We have been visiting Bethany for many years and this is one of our favorite homes! Quiet street, nicely decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The owner was quick to respond to my questions during the booking process and stay. We would definitely return to this house!
