Teresa was wonderful and so accommodating! The house is 2 blocks from the beach and has beach chairs and umbrellas available. The house is very clean and bright. A lot of restaurants and Pier 60 within walking distance (less than 0.8 miles). The two pools are shared between the cottages but our family did not have any problems using them- we never had to share even with other cottages being occupied. The pools are smaller but still not an issues.

The place is quiet and away from the real touristy area. Everything worked well for us. The other renters were friendly and accommodating. The beds are excellent and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool, even when the heater didn't work one time. The porch is a great place to entertain. The dishes are adequate and lots of cooking pans. The washer and dryer were handy.

We stayed with our 2 children (4 years and 7 months) in the Banana Breeze Cottage. The cottage was equipped with everything a family with small children needs: including high chair, travel cot and parking right in front of the cottage. The heated pool was a particular hit with our 4 year old son. We loved the location as beach, restaurants, shops and playground are all in walking distance. In the evenings we would frequently walk to pier 60 and watch the sunset, whilst our little ones enjoyed the playground and other activities there. Teresa and her husband were attentive hosts throughout. Excellent communication from the day of booking until departure. Teresa provided us with lots of useful information before our arrival. This included the ‘Clear Sky’ as a restaurant suggestion, which became our go to place for breakfast (best breakfast ever!). We loved every bit of our 2 week holiday and we hope to come back soon.

We've stayed at the cottages four years and counting. Great location, perfect hosts, minutes away from gorgeous Clearwater Beach! The cottages have everything you'd need including WIFI, a full kitchen and two lovely pools.

My husband and I, along with our 4 children enjoyed our week long stay in the Lazy Lemon condo! Everything was very neat and clean when we arrived and once Teresa knew we would be arriving late in the evening she made sure the sofa bed was prepared and even left an extra air mattress for us. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants yet also in a very quiet neighborhood. Don't hesitate to book here!

Love the location. Close to the beach. The Cottage is very clean and colorful and has everything that we need. Every year we have had great neighbors. Also, has a great pool.

The location is perfect. You can walk to the beach, relax by 2 lovely pools and walk or get the Jolly Trolley to many superb restaurants. All budgets are catered for. This is our 2nd visit and we will be back again.

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern zwei Wochen im Lazy Lemon in Clearwater Beach. Bereits im Vorfeld hat die Kommunikation mit Teresa & Max, den Eigentümern super geklappt. Sie waren sehr nett und sind uns auch während unserer Ferien mit Rat & Tat zur Seite gestanden! Die Anlage war sehr sauber und verfügte über alles, was wir benötigten. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und wir hatten ihn meistens für uns. Direkt neben unserem Condo hatte es eine Waschmaschine, welche gratis benutzt werden konnte. Auch die Lage der Anlage war für uns perfekt, nicht direkt im Zentrum und daher sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem war des Zentrum in Kürze zu erreichen. Der Strand ist zu Fuss in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wir können die Anlage nur empfehlen!

This is our 3rd visit to the cottages! We’ve stayed in 3 different cottages and loved each one! Location is wonderful, very close to beach and restaurants. All cottages are clean and the back patio pool area is so relaxing and beautifully landscaped! Teresa & Max are wonderful! Can’t wait for our next visit!!

Second year we’ve been there and we love it. Walking distance to everything in Clearwater Beach. Quieter part of the island. Teresa and Max are great and very responsive. Kid friendly.
