Our first time winter getaway. Our stay for a month exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed . Enjoyed fenced in yard, the grill and kitchen had what we needed? Quiet neighborhood. We loved being so close to Tarpon Springs , Dunedin, Port Richey. Easy to get around. Pet friendly. Hosts were great!

Just what we needed
We are a retired couple with our 30-something daughter and her husband, in town for a wedding. The house was just what we needed. It’s not much to look at on the outside but the inside was very nicely decorated. The listing was very accurate and we had everything we needed for our stay. It was perfectly clean and comfortable.

Cozy, clean and very responsive owners. Well worth taking a look.
First, I want to thank Fran and Curry. They made our stay very wonderful. Any need we had or question was quickly, respectfully, and pleasantly answered. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was prefect.
The home was so well maintained and stocked for most any need which could arise. There were amenities which were not even listed which were provided. I believe any who stay will be surprised at the level of care and thoughtfulness which has gone into making the home a place which you will enjoy spending time. Again, thank you so much!

Tarpon Treasure
Perfect location for our needs to complete family matters. Although we didn’t visit the sponge docks or downtown Tarpon Springs this trip, it is conveniently close. The house was very clean, well stocked, comfortable and had a great backyard for our dog. Would recommend this place for a stay near Tarpon Springs.

Excellent place to stay
Fran has been wonderful & pleasant to work with. Her place is beautiful & quiet. She allowed me and my husband to stay there for a few weeks while we were waiting on our place to close. I would highly recommend this place.

Comfort and Relaxation
Lovely, well-equipped home with lots of space including fenced back yard. Property is clean and well-maintained inside and out. Property manager is very responsive. Plan to return in 2021!

Holiday stay with Miles
Property was just what we needed. Clean and spacious home in quiet neighborhood for waking the dog. Good pet friendly restaurants and pubs with shopping in Tarpon Springs. Market Close by. We plan to return. Jim
