This is a beautiful large (almost 1700sq ft) 2 bedroom (split floorplan) 2 baths waterfront home. You will enjoy the beautiful lake and fishing right off our dock. There are plenty of trophy size bass, gar, tilapia and some other fish. The interior has laminate floor in the bedrooms, family room, and living room and tile in dining room, hallway, eating area bathroom and kitchen. There is a roll in shower in the masterbath in the masterbedroom. The property is located on an island surrounded by water. You will enjoy watching wildlife like different types of birds and sometime alligator. **INSIDE LAUNDRY ROOM** Ammenities include: Basic cable, free netflix, smart tv etc. wireless internet service, full kitchen, all bedding and lines, towels. Comfortable place to rest after an exciting days

This was a great launch pad for our trip to all the Gulf Coast Beaches and to Disney World. It was a large, clean and comfortable place to rest at the end of a busy day.

About the neighbourhood
It is centrally located and close to everything. It is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. There are alot to do in and around the area. To the south of here is the world famous Tarpon Spring sponge dock, some of the world famous beaches in St. Pete and Clearwater. To the north is the live mermaid show, antiquing, menatee watching in Homosassa. Bush Barden, Disneyworld, and Seaworld are all about 30minutes to 2 hours away. There are alot of activities to do around here like fishing, boating, swimming, shopping mall and many more. You will never get bore around here
