My husband and I stayed a week. This property is exactly a stated, the communication with the owner was excellent and the room had all the little extras for the beach. There were plenty of extra towels and bed pillows. Would highly recommend this little gem. Easy check in and easy check out.

The location is perfect , right on the beach. Nice pool area too. Jim was a great host and provided everything you might need. Extra towels, beach chairs and umbrella.

The price for this location is unbelievable but believe it! I would definitely come back.

Check in was very easy. Jim gave us a short tour and information that was helpful during our stay. The beach is beautiful and not crowded which was just the way we’d hoped. The room was comfortable and the property was well maintained. We will be back.

You couldn't ask for a better location on Hutchinson Island! Jim was an amazing host - from his communication prior to arriving, to the extra items of the accommodation. It was such a bonus to include little details of enjoying your stay - beach chairs, a beach umbrella, extra towels. We will definitely look to stay at one of his properties when we return to the area.

It was a great location for me working at St lucie power plant. The first week was a little frustrating because of the holiday week for Easter. Restaurant downstairs was full. But after first week slowed down. Enjoyed my stay
