The rental was very clean! And David was available at anytime.

House was very clean and had a bunch of amenities in the house and on the property. Great communication with the owner and couldn’t have asked for a better time

We had a wonderful long week at David’s cottage for the 4th. Property was better than listed with all things available for a beach stay. Nettles is awesome on its own and when you have a stocked cottage you really can’t ask for more. Our friends were able to stay in his other cottage next door and we spent every evening on the cute side patio listening to music and enjoying wine. Kids played cornhole that was provided. We rented David’s golf cart too. David is very quick to respond. WiFi worked great and everything is in working order. We brought our dog and it was perfect:)

Owner/Property Manager, David was extremely helpful. Had a great time staying, had all the amenities needed for all ages plus!!! Beach house was clean and cozy. Renting the golf cart was a huge success!!! Will be back again to visit the area!!! Highly recommend!!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The host's house was spotless and lovely! It had everything we needed. The area is great for families with kids. Very nice and relaxing getaway. David responds very quickly and made the whole process super easy, will definitely book again!

Great experience

The property was well equipped for stay at home living. You don't need to dine out every day. Quite location and sitting outside in the sun was wonderful. As always the amenities of Nettles Island added to the pleasures.

First of all I want to say that David was an excellent host. Somethings were not right when I got there and he corrected them right away. When I walked in the place smelled wonderful but realized as I am packed that it was just surface cleaned there was not a deep cleaning. There were no chairs or were not told to bring chairs to sit up at the veterans circle so I went out and bought one. The bathroom is very very small this is not a home like it says it’s more like a trailer/cottage. The worst part of the whole place was the musty/mold smell that I smelled every morning once the air fresheners were done. I woke up every morning stuffed up and coughing it was horrible. The grill was disgustingly gross so I purchased some insides so at least I could grill. The best part of the unit is the lanai in thee we back. Because of the smell that’s where I spent most of my time when I was home. I am going back to Nettles next year but I have rented a different unit.

David was a great host!! The place was awesome. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

Our stay at the Cottage was fabulous. Our visit was planned to help friends move into a home on Nettles Island. Staying at the Cottage was convenient and the accommodations were comfortable, clean, and charming. Our only regret was that we didn't have more time to enjoy the Cottage and amenities.
