We were celebrating a milestone bday and this was THE perfect place for us!! I would rent it every time!!

House was clean, everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation was supplied. I was very impressed with how well the home was stocked with beach equipment, extra linens ect. Have had other family members rent this house and now it was our turn. Did not disappoint. Thank you! Will be returning next year.

We have stayed on Nettles quite a few years now. This was by far the nicest and most comfortable place we have ever rented. The view is spectacular. The pictures don’t do it justice. The beds were comfortable, the living room was spacious, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The towels were soft and beautiful as well as beach towels of high-quality. The bedrooms are enormous. Closets everywhere. Full size washer dryer. Updated bathrooms….I could go on forever. Check in was a breeze. We fished and watched dolphins swim by. What a wonderful family vacation! We will be back!

Great house, great view and prompt response from owner!

My extended family and I rented the house so we could all be together for our Grandfather's Memorial service and this place was absolutely perfect! Being right on the water was so beautiful and relaxing and the living area and kitchen were so comfortable and spacious for us all just to spend time together. Bob provided all we needed to enjoy a stay at the beach; fishing rods, bikes, folding chairs, games! They had coffee and condiments ready in the kitchen and plenty of towels and linens throughout the house so we didn't need to stress about anything from the moment we arrived. It made a sad time for my family a really positive experience! Couldn't recommend it enough.

The house is spectacular and the view is unbelievable. The owners are attentive to every detail and have great communication. 3 of our 6 guys stayed at this location for a guys fishing weekend and it was a hit. We could actually fish off the dock!

From the moment I booked this home, there was nothing let to worry about besides showing up and enjoying everything. The check-in process was smooth and Bob sent out an information packet that gave you all of the "need to knows" before you arrive. The home was well stocked with just about anything you could need with extra special touches like travel toiletries in each bathroom, welcome snacks, sun screen, towels, fishing roads, bait buckets, boogie boards, beach chairs, and the list goes on and on. There was a bad storm the night before and it tripped a breaker for the lights in the powder room, but Bob was very prompt with responding to my text and came out to fix it the next day which I told him it wasn't necessary for him to rush. We played basketball, tennis, shuffle board, mini golf and caught some amazing fish off the dock that has the most beautiful sunsets. They do provided multiple different bug sprays and I recommend using them if you want to enjoy listening to the waves in the evening hours. We found the beach pool (directly across the main road) on our last day and it was great. The home is located close to many different activities, jet ski riding in Ft. Peirce, the oceanographic center in Stewart, Saturday morning markets in Ft. Peirce, and so much more. There isn't anything that I could have thought of to make this a better stay except for having more time! I sure hope to be able to book this home again. Thank you Bob and Patti for a wonderful time!!
