Good house as advertised, well located

The house has 2 Livingroom's, which is great if you want kids in a separate location. It is literally across the street from the beach and down the street from a dog park. Next door you'll find a convenience store and a pizza joint. The location just doesn't get any better. The only issue were the mosquitos or maybe they are sand fleas. Be sure to bring bug repellant. Would definitely refer this place to everyone!

This is the 3rd year we have stayed here and it never gets old. The pool. The walkway to the beach. It’s convenient location to many things. We love this house. Its comfortable and clean and always just what we need! Its starting to become the “second home” for my family.

The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Love how close to the beach it is, just a quick walk across the street. The pool area is amazing, we spent most of our time out there!

Everything was clean! The decor was cute beach theme. The walk to the beach was short. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

We had a very nice two weeks here. Description was accurate. House was clean, accurate to the listing and well stocked. Pool was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time by it.

We enjoyed our week at the beach house - it was an ideal escape from the snowy northeast winter. Our host was very accommodating and responsive. The main living area is sleek and clean, with a newly updated kitchen. The pool is set up perfectly for kids and families. We spent almost all of our time between the pool and the beach. Having lots of toys available was a huge bonus. Crossing the road to the beach was a bit intimidating with small kids, but we did not have any issues. The area was pretty low-key, which was fine with us... lot of retirees! I had a lovely facial at Spa Essence in Stuart, and my family enjoyed visiting the Oceanographic Institute. When we checked in there was everything thought of in this house. A ton of small details made the stay pleasurable. The owner was responsive when we had a question and very helpful.

Stayed 20 hours of a weeks stay - owner apparently had found an electrical problem before we checked in - no electricity in 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom- provided handheld emergency lights and a printed message on the light switch to not turn on the lights and sent a message on the app - we found this out about an hour after we started our vacation- purchased our groceries for the week after the owner communicated that this was a minor problem and she hadn’t been able to find an electrician on a Saturday but would have one out ASAP - started cooking dinner and the power for the stove goes out - called the owner again - “well there is nothing I can do” - she does send a handyman the next morning who proceeds to change a ground fault outlet without tripping the breaker - sparks fly from the breaker box - next thing we get is a phone call to vacate the property immediately - she does refund the payment but we lost $400.00 worth of groceries and ended up crammed into a couple of hotel rooms

Best of both worlds, beach and pool!
