This is the most wonderful place to stay! The beach house was impeccable and themed appropriately for our beach holiday! There are so many amenities included in the rental rate!! A phenomenal place for outstanding value!!

Wow! My month at this home was fantastic. The location is great, the house has everything you need, and it's adorable to boot. The owner was so friendly and helpful when there was a small issue with the key on my first day. Highly recommend this place!

Six weeks spent this summer (2017) at this lovely, beautifully and tastefully decorated home in the Nettles Island Resort. Home is very clean and fully equipped with everything I needed. The location is perfect within the resort and is located for an easy drive to all the nearby towns, like Jensen Beach and Stuart. Resort has everything a single or family could want for seaside entertainment. Only one minor problem with the washer that the owner quickly had repaired. Sonya was super pleasant to work with. She responded to messages promptly to insure I had a great experience while staying in her beach property. I'm one very happy Georgia peach who would definitely rent this property again!

Due to a last minute change, we had lost our original condo to stay at. Needless to say we were scrambling to find something. By some miracle we found this property. The owners could not have been any easier to deal with and the property was absolutely perfect for our family. Nettles Island has excellent amenities and is a very laid back atmosphere. The community is extremely friendly, everyone is very respectful of one another, and we didn't have to worry about the usual spring break crowd. The home was very clean and well kept. It offered all of the comforts of home but close to the beach. I recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on Hutchinson Island. We are already talking about going back next year.

We loved our stay at nettles island!! Our place was beautiful and very updated!! Communication with the owners was easy and always reassuring. The kids loved the club house and we all enjoyed the beach and pools!! The weather is almost always gaurenteed perfect too. We have been to nettles island at least 5 times and keep going back! Thanks so much for the beautiful vacation!

The location was outstanding. I could walk to the pool or the ocean. Grocery stores were a short drive or bike ride. I would definitely stay here again

My wife and I loved the property and the location. A couple key components about the location is its proximity to the pool. It is a 5 minute walk to the pool and rec hall. A second component is the fact that there is a 24hr. manned security gate. Also has an ocean side pool with private entry to the beach and access to the Atlantic. There is a small grocer on the island if you need something small. Had all the comforts of home, WiFi, cable, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Coffee maker. With this being the first time using HomeAway, we were a little apprehensive about what we would get. This property met all of our expectations. The owner was responsive to all emails and very thorough. We will definitely look to use this property again!!

Very comfortable home close to the pool and activities. Home was clean well decorated with very comfortable beds. 1 bathroom is a challenge for a family of 6 but other than that I would definitely recommend this place.
