The first thing you notice when you check in is all the fix its that should have been taken care of before renting it out--it is under renovation? appears so. A big gaping hole in the ceiling as you enter the front door (whose key pad is loose in the door)--you have to plug in the light in the kitchen between the refrigerator and stove as no working switch. and there is a patch job of wallpaper that is clearly been slapped on by the stove. Holes above the TV and two color paint job over the TV in the living room. A putrid candy smell throughout that we later determined was on all the linens and towels--watermelon or some candy smelling spray? It was terrible and overwhelming. What is sad is the unit is nicely decorated but the flaws is what you notice first--why put so much into decorating when not properly maintained? NO locks on the double sliders but wood in the slider well to keep them shut. Leaks by the frame of the sliders which is damaging the ceiling. And a white door laying in the outside area --why not throw it away? Location is great and you DO have to walk through the resort lobby to get to the beach--down the hall and out their lobby. It's not bad and location is great....great food/drinks at Shuckers next door. But renovations? need to be completed and smell needs to GO!

Weekend getaway for my husband and I. Unit was super cute and had everything we needed! Close to great restaurants, shopping, etc! We will be back!

We loved this unit. We will definitely be coming back. Owner was great to deal with. They had everything you would need.

Overall all went well. It was my first VRBO experience but meeting the owner was a big plus. It helps when you can actually meet and greet. We loved the property, met the greatest people and had wonderful food and fun.

Our stay was perfect. It's great to have the restaurant and bar right there to enjoy. Great cleanbeach area. The condo was fantastic, bed was super comfortable. Close to so many places to visit. Even went to Jupiter Lighthouse only 50 minutes away. Will definitely come back.

Enjoyed this property and its accommodations. The owner communicated via text which made it easy and effective. I recommend this property to other people looking to stay on Hutchinson Island, Jensen Beach area.

Place was great. Needs some updates and upkeep (holes in door, etc) but the location and spaciousness was great. The host was great and accommodating. I would stay again.

I needed a getaway really bad

Right on the beach. Nice pool. Good access to restaurants, shopping, etc.

From even the first day of booking this trip, to the very last moment of leaving for the airport, our stay here was unforgettable. The hostess was continually in contact, and always responded quickly when needed. She even was up late (via phone) to help us get situated when we didn't arrive until o'dark thirty in the morning due to weather delays. The condo itself was truly home away from home. The couch and bed was comfortable. The kitchen has all the bare necessities needed if you were wanting to cook versus going out to eat all the time. There is a restaurant attached to the building (Shuckers), that has good food if you were not wanting to drive anywhere. Strawberries, Lure, and Jan's were favorites of ours this trip. The unit was clean, stocked with bare necessities, and quiet. There is even a small patio you can go enjoy your beverage of choice on! You are 1 hour away from a zip line treetop adventure and zoo, 2 hours away from Disney/Universal Studios, and for those with access - 2 hours away from a military base! I will definitely be booking this room for future visits!!! Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart, for being such a caring Hostess!!!
