My large family stayed here (13 adults and 3 kids under 4) and it was beyond perfect. They had everything we needed to accommodate our your youngest of 11 months and oldest of 94 years! Just do NOT forget to utilize the bug spray that the house provides. The no-see-ums are crazy this time of year (mid August).

This home exceeded any of our expectations! 19 of us (ages 7-64), were able to have our own space, yet were able to be all together in one space at the same time! What house provides that? We honestly could not think of one thing that the management lacked in providing. Actually, went overboard in supplying what was needed! This home has set the bar so high, it will be almost impossible to find one that will be comparable for future family vacations! Thank you, BHIP, for memories that will bless us for a lifetime!

Better than expected.

Es excelente casa, no te hace falta nada, tiene desde cepillos de dientes hasta Baterias para los articulos. Volvería a repetir mi vacación. La limpieza y atenciones para los huéspedes es perfecta.

Wonderful home with everything you could imagine that you would want or need. The home was roomy, well and fully decorated with all the comforts of home. We especially enjoyed playing on the beach with the ladders and corn hole games. We made good use the the portable canopy for shade on the beach. The living room with the giant windows with a view of the beach was great and the seating was plentiful and comfortable. We did a lot of cooking in the well equipped kitchen. The only drawback was the plunge pool. It was really an extra large hot tub.

Wow we had an amazing week at the Oceana, the house was meticulously clean, amazing ocean views and has absolutely everything you need all you need is to bring your clothes. We had a large family of all ages and everyone had a great time. Looking forward to coming back.

Oh my! There are not words enough. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING was provided and ready for our family of 14 adults and 5 children. The property manager goes above and beyond to make sure every convenience is in place so that we could truly relax and enjoy. I travel quite a bit and would, without pause label this property a true LUX vacation property. It's amazing to be in a place that pleased everyone...from 2 yrs old to 70. Honestly something for everyone. Plenty of space to gather when we wanted as well as find peace and quiet when needed. 5 stars!!!

We had a wonderful family gathering to celebrate our Matriarch’s 90th bday. It was challenging to find a place that fit all of our needs but this house truly was paradise! The responsiveness of the property manager was excellent and the property and location were perfect!!

The overall experience was amazing. The ocean/beach view.fdom the balconies was great and the house was stocked with everything. I mean everything. We only had to buy meats and essentials, such a milk, bread, etc. We were surprised at the amount of towels(quality towels btw), toilet paper, toiletries and even spices and oils for cooking. This management company is doing it right!
