The house was big and clean. They have everything you could want on the beach and pool and other activities. No need to bring anything but your clothes. My family looks forward to staying here again.

Well , one more time on one of the beach houses in paradise, we are going back soon,, can’t wait for October , here we go again…..

The home was spectacular, the location perfect, the ocean view and sunrises were amazing and Al, the property manager, was incredible. There really wasn't anything that could be improved upon and I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone.

This house was amazing. It was huge and perfect for our family of 20 ranging in ages from 70 to 1. There were pack and plays for the littles and high chairs and boosters. The property manager was always responsive and very nice. The beach was perfect and we even got to see baby turtles hatch. All in all this house was perfect and I hope to go back soon.

We booked this house for a family reunion July 2022 and had 20 people come together for a week here. The house had tons of space. Two living areas, three dining tables, nice sized kitchen, swimming pool, hot tub, mini golf, fire pit, multiple areas to congregate. The house is completely stocked with everything you need including TONS of paper and plastic goods, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, three washer/dryer sets (one on each floor), hundreds of coffee pods for the Nespresso machine of different intensities, two ice machines, chairs, toys, games, PlayStation, Xbox, a TV' in every room. In addition, the host was amazing. Anything that came up he handled IMMEDIATELY. Some of the issues we encountered were: 1. We had a problem where the elevator stopped working, he sent out a crew to fix it within 30 minutes. 2. The hot tub started turning color from LOTS of use, they came out and drained it and refilled it. 3. One of the sprinklers busted by the pool, came right out and fixed it. 4. We even missed trash day and the garbage cans were full and he sent someone to take the garbage from ALL of the cans. No questions asked, just fixed anything that came up and FAST. The best part of it all is at check out time, you don't have to do ANYTHING. No cleaning, no sorting, no washing dishes or stripping beds. Just take your belongings and GO! If you are questioning whether or not to rent this place, DO IT! Some of the minor drawbacks, as there are with any place, were: 1. Only one full bathroom downstairs for 4 bedrooms, one of which is a bunk room. This means you need to coordinate shower time. There is also a half bath so it was workable for the bottom floor. 2. Some of the bedrooms were extremely bright in the morning, no blackout curtains in some rooms. 3. There were a lot of no-see-ums that like to bite and not really anything to keep them off of you that we found. Some people weren't bothered by it, others got pretty itchy and had some bites that became raised bumps. 4. The beach can be a haul for those who have trouble walking/climbing. The elevator helped for our disabled crew but trek to the beach was difficult for them. All in all, the drawbacks were minor and all of the positives far outweighed them. This is the second house we have rented that was managed by BHIP and we are huge fans. We rented one in 2020 and had a similar experience. We will be back to a third BHIP property in the future.

We had a family gathering with ages ranging from 1 to 90. This home accommodated us all perfectly. The elevator was the game changer that enabled my 90 year old mom to join us. The home is beautiful and the location is awesome. All the reviews are true--so many things included! We showed up with our clothes, had Instacart deliver our first round of groceries, and were ready to relax and have fun. Coffee, spices, oil, paper products, detergent were provided in addition to towels and all the beach and pool supplies you could want. We used property manager Al's recommendation and had Danielle Love Photography come and take photos, and they are wonderful. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this was easily the best property and easily our best experience--even though this vacation included a tropical storm. No matter since everyone had private space if they wanted or a great common area for games. We had one small issue with the pool, notified Al, and it was fixed quickly, like within an hour or two, never even saw the pool guy. Al might be magical. The no-stress check out is a thing of beauty and felt like a lovely gift at the end of a lovely vacation. Many thanks to Al and BHIP!

The house so nice so big will be back

Want to start off by saying this was an amazing vacation stay. Great location, beach privacy, convenient to stores and restaurants. We had 3 families, 17 adults, and we had plenty of room. The property manger worked with us by helping pick the right house. It checked off every amenity we were looking for and then some. First off, three master suites. Living space was adequate as well. The dining area was so large with tables enough to seat our entire group for meals. It was wonderful. The outdoor spaces met all our expectations. Plenty of room at the pool to relax, swim, plenty space on the beach side with the fire pit and putting green. So much fun, we had putting competitions and team relays. Everything in the listing is true. The home is very well stocked, from towels for hotel quality bathing, beach towels, toiletries, paper products, all the pool, beach toys and floats you can imagine, paddle boards, kayaks, chairs, and tents. There are plenty of life vests, beach shoes, swimmy things for kids. It’s all gated around the pool but open access from front door to pool. Another nice feature was the indoor stair gates at both sets of stairs for pets or little ones. Also a gate leading out toward to beach off the small deck off the kitchen. Code to get in the front door is safe. However little kids staying down stairs alone have access to pool /hot tub area just by opening the front door. Elevator is nice feature especially taking stuff up two flights of stairs. The property manager was very attentive for any needs we had. The tent was breaking and we needed more chairs, so within the hour he had brought over a brand new tent and 6 new beach chairs. We also had a front door lock issue and it was fixed same day. The pool also wasn’t heating properly and they fixed it within hours. This is the most stocked kitchen we have ever seen. They supplied paper plates, cups, coffee, sugar /Splenda, paper towels, plenty of cooking essentials, dishes, pots and pans, an entire spice cabinet, teas, lemonade packets. Especially nice we’re the two ice makers , one in the kitchen and one downstairs , we only had to buy ice one day. Two washer and dryers, detergent, robes, slippers. I’m talking luxury. They have thought of everything. The only negatives would be one, the mosquitos are out for blood. They supply bug spray and candles which helped. The other negative for me personally was the feather sofas in the living area. Amazing trip and wonderful hospitality!

Great place. Loved all the amenities the beach was wonderful. We had 8 adults and 6 children there were fun things for everyone! Had a couple of maintenance issues that were resolved within an hour I would highly recommend this for any family wanting a great family vacation in the sun.

Overall the trip was amazing! The details are really what set this property and trip apart. The amenities and care that Al and his team put into it, really shined through, throughout the entire trip. We look forward to our next stay. Thank you again!!!
