Unit 8c is a fully furnished studio/efficiency. The unit has a queen size bed, a futon sofa, a small dining table with two chairs. It has a private bathroom (toilet, sink and tub with shower). All dishes, pots and pans, towels and linens are provided (not Beach/Pool towels). A quiet Mini-Split AC will keep you cool at all times. Comcast TV and 100 Mbit WiFI. The studio has a front porch with two chairs and a small table. It has a small front yard with tropical plants and has its own gas-BBQ grill and picnic table with a large umbrella for shade. This unit is perfect for two adults. Optional: Dock space for boats up to 25 feet, Fee $15/day to home owners association....Unit 8c is a fully furnished studio/efficiency. About the neighbourhood
We invested in our rental-units after visiting Florida Keys for 20 years. We decided that Marathon, Grassy Key, is the ultimate Keys location. People are nice and relaxed, it is the place you go when you want to get away from the 'rat-race'. Fishing, Lobstering and snorkeling is phenomenal. While Islamorada and Key West are fun places to visit, you will find the Marathon area more quiet, it's the best part of the Florida Keys. Key West is only an hour drive away, take a day-trip.
Getting around
A car is needed in order to make short daily excursions and to visit stores and restaurants.
