Not only was the home cozy, but it was adorble and just like home! It's also not far from anything and everything! We stayed here for the Orange Bowl and it was our first time in Miami. So happy we chose this home as opposed to the hotel stays. Everyone LOVED the beds and bathroom. (Especially the shower)! Definitely perfect for singles, couples or small families! Sam was an amazing host and very responsive! 5 Stars+

The pool was not as per picture. When we called they said the host described it in description of the property. The air conditioning was leaking. The doors and tiles were cracked . No exhaust fan in shower. Yard was not maintined or cleaned.

Plenty of space indoors and outdoors. Private fenced in backyard with a pool and 2 patio areas. Modern up to date and clean. Every amenities you may need it is truly a home away from home. Neighborhood is very quiet and is centrally located near all attractions.

We are a regular Airbnb travelers and would rate this place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to restaurants, and the beaches Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful home.My children enjoy their stay loved backyard and pool this was perfect for a family vacation stay.

The house is absolutely adorable. I really appreciated the fact that they had baby locks on the cleaning cabinet as well as plates and cutlery for kids. The back yard is so peaceful and surprisingly quiet. We would definitely stay again

We stayed for four nights with our adult children before taking a cruise out of Miami. Hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. We checked in after midnight and it was still a seamless process. Impeccably clean home. Best stocked kitchen we’ve ever seen in a rental property and we’ve stayed at many. Very nice back yard with lots of flowers and an avocado and mango tree. Yes, there are pretty bad mosquitoes (I got crushed) but with bug spray, they were not too bad. The small above ground pool was nice to cool off in. The washer and dryer are outside, which was a first for us, but they worked fine - this was essential for us because we needed all clean clothes for our cruise. The neighborhood was safe and easy to access everything we wanted to do within 5-20 minutes drive (or walking). I would stay here again and would recommend it to others. It’s a small, eclectic and super clean home in a nice, transitional part of Miami. We felt that the price was very fair for all that the home offered.
