Very nice apartment that was extremely clean. All new furniture in living room. Beautiful views and convenient to the highway and airport. The access to the gym and pool were a big hit for us. We will definitely stay here again. Management team was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay.

Accurate
The place was accurate as photos, everything was stated an communicated well except for parking. I asked for the prepaid parking " passed were limited" so I didn't get one. Valet was the next option but I was not informed that THAT also was 1st come 1st serve. 3 out of the 4 nights I stayed we had to park at another garage off site for another building because eventho I was a paying resident to stay there the ran out of parking. Also ofsite parking was not an option discussed but it is cheaper. All in all I enjoyed my stay an would rent again.

Misleading information!
My stay with Miami Vacation Rentals; There are a few things that I want to bring to your attention: room with the twin beds, the light between the beds was not working, and I really think the apartment needs to be tidy-up, wall paper needs to fixed or re-glued the sofa and chairs are run down, in all the furniture was run- down, but what would really help if the apartment was renovated, and furniture replaced, this apartment should be much cheaper, the one thing I really enjoyed was the apartment views, and the site manager was really helpful, not sure I would vacation at this place again!

Great Location - Run-down Unit
This unit was in a great location with an awesome view, but the unit was extremely rundown. 3 of the lamps in the unit did not work or had lightbulbs that were out (not sure which) and one of the TV remotes did not have any batteries inside. Luckily we were not spending much time in the unit. For the price we paid would hope that little things like that would be working.

Breathtaking views,, amazing location.
This is my 2nd stay at the W Residence. I love the property, location and amenities all within walking distance. The only negative is the property management company. Two years in a row, they have been rude, belligerent and anything but customer focused. I guess since the property and location sell themselves, the property management people don’t have to be a part of the sell. While I love the property I have decided life is too short to be treated they way they treat paying customers.

We had a great stay here and look forward to coming back again. Located in a great area. The views were wonderful, the pool was great, communication with owners and management team were very easy. We had a great time.

A couple of friends and I celebrated my birthday in Brickell back in February. In the information sent over prior to arriving, it does say that arriving after 9P to check in will result in additional fees. However, what if your plane is delayed a few times? So literally arriving 4 min past 9, because of situations beyond our control and a confused Lyft driver, we were told that we needed the fee money in cash or could use Zelle. Also because of arriving at 9:04, we were given brief information without a tour. One of the ladies on the trip had highly recommended this property and explained how great the hospitality was, which was my reason for booking. After asking the property manager if a tour was to be included, I was given a few excuses and a back and forth before agreeing to do so.
She did check in once to make sure that our stay was comfortable, which was appreciated.
Then at check out time, I was reminded of a few things to do and the language barrier between the 2 of us caused another slight issue after I understood her to want me to do one thing, but she meant another. I’d sent a picture of the task being done as requested and she called a few times before I could answer and held a tone with me that I thought was inappropriate. The apartment itself was beautiful, like stated in the title but my experience with the hostess/manager was EXTREMELY subpar. I would have given a 5 star rating, otherwise.
