The property is located only 3.5 miles from downtown Miami - I was able to casually walk to the Miami harbor in about an hour via SW 2nd St. For those who don't walk, the Lyft and Uber fees are fairly low, and there is also inexpensive public transportation. There are great restaurants all around the property, as well as some nice smaller cafes.

It smelled like cigars in the building. The couch had animal hair all over it so I questioned the cleanliness. I had requested early check in & they charged me a fee that was almost the same as an additional night rate. I found several ants and huge cockroaches in the bathroom. I made it clear it was three guests but they only left 2 towels. The air mattress available didn’t work. It went flat half way through the night. I appreciated having access to Netflix but that shortly kicked me out since there were too many people using the same account. Great location, but the host should be more attentive to detail.

Just ok .. I liked the colors and pictures of the property.
It should be noted that it’s not the main unit and you have to walk down a path to get to the door, which is not lit. Everything in the unit was fairly new and in good condition, but not the best quality. It is also pertinent information, but there is no temperature control in the unit. All in all know the complaints, but also nothing special.

The studio was clean and very cute! My only problem was the neighbors next door in the unit being quite loud, which the owners had no control over.

Excellent quality, just a couple of issues though....
Excellent quality, just a couple of issues though. First no hot water from any faucet on my stay. Also you need a light to see the numbers on the outside door lock at night but a cell phone will work. The place is very well set up, new, excellent construction. Location very close to airport and downtown.

This place was perfect for a sunny Miami vacation! I came here for the World Baseball Classic and was not disappointed. Conveniently located next to Calle Ocho in Little Havana and the owners were communicative and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and the neighborhood was safe and welcoming. Reasonably priced and right near some delicious eateries.
Has everything that you need as a solo traveler or a family, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfy bed. Do note that the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors, so if you're sensitive to sound bring earplugs.
This place was a beautiful home away from home, and was a big part of why I fell in love with Miami. It's as warm as the city it's located in, and if I could give more than five stars I would.
