Rental fees include all applicable taxes, electric, water, sewage, heating, cooling, internet. Consumables (gas, soap, toilet paper and the like) and groceries are not included in the rental fee. Final cleaning is charged only if necessary. The discounted weekly rate applies for rental periods from Saturday to Saturday. While our rates are non-refundable, a travel insurance might be suited to curb your apprehension. If you need a starting point please do not hesitate to ask. TV entertainment is digitally received by antenna; viewer may select out of a number of programs, including spanish program, religious content and shopping channels. Hand-over of the the vacation home MUST be arranged with the keyholder, lest you will be left standing on the street! Instructions & contact information will be provided by email about 10 days prior to arrival. Hand-over between 3pm and 7pm is free of charge. If you arrive after 7pm a surcharge applies: 7-9pm: $30 surcharge 9-11pm: $50 surcharge; after 11pm: $70 surcharge.
