Close to downtown Tarpon Springs and the Sponge Docks. The unit had everything we needed.

We had an awesome time in Florida. The rental unit was exactly as it was advertised, the kitchen was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. The rental unit is located within a short walking distance to the Tarpon Springs sponge docks and restaurants. Tarpon Springs is a nice little town. My husband and I enjoyed riding the bikes on the nearby bike/walking trails. We also drove over to Fred Howard Park which is only about 7 miles away and spent some time on the beach. The owners were very easy to work with and we would definitely go back again. Jenny

This is a very nice place. tarpon Springs is a lovely community. We went tO the art fair and ate lots of greek food. I recommend The guest suite as a fine place for two people. Richard Huffman

Loved Esperia, it was a very comfortable and roomy apartment. Great location we were able to walk to the sponge docks, restaurants and shopping area without having to get in the car. Thank you Leslie and Exavier for making our visit comfortable. We will definitely recommend to others!

This vacation location is perfectly located, just a short walk to the docks, Greek specialty bakeries and dining. Also shops with incredible soaps, sponges and clothing/ fashionable styles. This rental is also within walking distance to downtown Tarpon Springs. Cute shops and outdoor dining up and down the streets. The history of this part of the country is fascinating and enlightening. Beaches, harbors and seafood restaurants are close by as well as parks to stroll though. This rental provides you and your family with everything to enjoy your stay, we were amazed with so many amenities including beach towels, chairs, basic pantry items and paper products. Clothes detergent and dryer sheets made our stay twice as nice. Family, couples or a nice get-a-way will provide you with the nicest memories forever!

Esperia was the perfect place for our little vacation. The apartment was well-furnished and the location was great. We were in easy walking distance of the Sponge District as well as being perfectly situated to Pinellas Avenue so that we could explore areas north or south. We came down to fish, but the weather was very windy. Since we couldn't fish, we explored this new (to us) area of Florida and still had a wonderful time and a great place to stay.

My husband and I have been residing at Esperia for the last 2 months now. By the time all is said and done, we would have considered her our home for 3 months. We have stayed in many vacation rentals in the past and I must say that this has been the best thus far, as far as having everything needed for a long term stay and being very well maintained. Esperia is very warm and welcoming. When first crossing the threshold, your eyes immediately dance with the marvelous Mediterranean decor that is warm and inviting. The apartment has a certain charm that is hard to explain, you just have to see it for yourself. There is all the amenities needed to cook a proper meal anytime and you can definitely see that Leslie and Ted have pulled out all the stops to makes sure their guests feel at home. They have been responsive and accommodating, which is most appreciated. Esperia is located in a quiet neighborhood in Tarpon Springs. It's far enough remove from the hustle and bustle of Tampa, but still within a reasonable drive if you desire to go into the city. Just a few blocks away is the Sponge Docks, with shopping and dining if you want to get out and don't feel like cooking. There are a few restaurants on the water where you can chill and watch the sunset. I would not have any hesitation recommending Esperia to anyone who asks. You will not be disappointed.
