Everyone loved the VRBO

Dolphin cove was a wonderful experience, great communication with Florida Sun Properties. House is very comfortable.

From my parents to my 5 year old, we loved our vacation at Dolphin Cove. The Tarpon Springs area has always been a favorite area of ours and it was nice to stay right there. It was so fun to see the house when we went on our dolphin cruise out of the sponge docks too! My father is disabled so the only challenge for us was that there was no railing into the pool or down the steps to the dock. But that didn't stop us from having a wonderful time otherwise. Brian was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. Thanks for the memories, Dolphin Cove!!

We had a blast. Plenty of room and plenty to do. Pool is great and the nearby beach was an excellent time. Dolphins and fish were around daily making the kids happy. All around great time.

It was easy and the management was very helpful. The property was beautiful and it offered so much to do. It was so relaxing, we enjoyed every minute of it.

The pool is gorgeous and the primary reason we chose the book the property...it did not disappoint. It's unfortunate that the property is managed by a 3rd party as they treat you like a commodity...communication was terse. The interior of the house needs to be updated...at a minimum, new carpet. The most uncomfortable disappointment was the cockroaches. We initially found them in 2 of the silverware drawers and when we removed the drawers, we found a nest of them. While it is Florida and of course bugs are present, I've never stayed a property where they were crawling over silverware you'd eat from.

There was something for everyone to do. One grandchild loved the puzzles. Others loved the man cave playing pool. We had fun on the kayaks and swimming in the heated pool. I loved ending the day relaxing in the jacuzzi

We loved relaxing poolside every day and enjoyed watching the dolphins swim right by the end of the dock! The neighborhood is peaceful and the house is very spacious and has everything needed to ensure a great vacation whether it's two people or a large family!
