We were in the area for an event and needed a home base. This rental was exactly what we needed. It was exceptionally clean and had everything from scissors to a blender. I feel like the host, Angela, prepared for the “just in case” scenarios of her guests. The beds were extremely comfortable as well as the couches. The area was within easy walking distance to the shops and there is a brewery across the street. The noise level was fairly quiet. If we are in the area again, we will definitely look into re-booking this rental.

I dont have anything bad to say. This house is within 2 blocks from Town of Tarpon Springs.It has everything you need,plenty of kitchen supplies,extra papertowels,T.P.etc.Bed is comfy,A/C works great. Nice big Patio out front.Manager Angela communicates well with you. I reccomend Odyssy boat toursandd Tarpon Toms for Bike rental!

This is a real cute bungalow. One bedroom and a queen size bed in the main area. The place is clean and well stocked. The hostess left coffee and creamer and some other misc. things. The bathroom had lots of personal care products.
Be aware this is not a fancy new place. We really enjoyed this place because we could walk to many places or drive within a few minutes. Across the street is a brewery that has music some nights.
The location is the best.
If you do decide to rent this property be sure to check out the Oak tree in the back yard it is amazing.

We loved this location! Not only were we within walking distance to the downtown, but there is space to sit outside and relax. The space was clean and Angela was very responsive and accommodating to any needs we had during our stay.

We had a great time staying in Tarpon Springs. We stayed for 2 nights on a mother / daughter getaway and really enjoyed the cottage. It was in a great location with easy walks to downtown Tarpon Springs, and the Sponge Docks. Fred Howard beach was just a short drive away, and the Pinellas Trail is right next to the place as well. I loved how the host had coffee, water, and other refreshments there for us. The beds were comfortable as well. We will definitely be back.
