Great open concept common rooms with private bedrooms. Convenient location to area attractions. Second bath would have been a bit more ideal; however, the house felt quaint and was a very good bargain! Suggest a small side table in bathroom. Would stay again.

Communication from owner was great. Home was very clean and very comfortable. And you can’t beat the location near the sponge docks area. During the time of our visit there were roosters and/or hens in the neighborhood but not the owners fault.

We absolutely loved this house. Beautiful historic home updated just enough to have modern conveniences but also decorated to suit every taste. Home was equipped with everything you could need during your stay. We loved that we were in walking distance to most everything we wanted to do.... sponge docks , groceries, parks, etc. Did I mention that the home was gorgeous?? The owner was super responsive to any and all questions. Can’t wait to go back (hopefully very soon). You cannot go wrong with this rental.

This is a cute clean property close to the shopping and restaurants in historic Tarpon Springs. Manager was communicative and responsive to needs. There is only one bathroom and the shower is in an antique stand alone tub with a curtain around it. It is cute, but was hard for my elderly parents to step in and out of. Also the shower is a handheld that doesn’t clip in above your head. You have to hold it in your hand to get under it. We didn’t need to sleep six, but I’m not sure how that would be possible. Sleeps 5 comfortably.

The property is in a great location, steps from the docks and restaurants. It is not a true three bedroom, though. The third bed is in a converted sunroom off the kitchen with just a curtain for privacy. There is a lot of light there too. This may work for some, but for smaller children didn’t work. Also be aware that there currently is no mounted shower head in the bathroom, just handheld so showering is a real challenge. This was pretty surprising and disappointing. Updating the shower/bathroom would be a big improvement. Owner was very responsive to questions and did a great job ensuring the guaranteed pack n play was there and in good condition. There are plenty of towels/linens/blankets.

The property was really nice.... A couple of suggestions. The bathroom needs shelving for toiletries the floor was the only place to put them, not cool. The shower is hand held and at minimum a hook should be installed to hold the shower head for a proper shower, also no blow dryer and the tub drains extremely slow, only two washcloths that really should be tossed into trash. However the house is decorated with a touch we all wish we could bring to our own homes, beautifully done. The quietness, the ability to walk into town, the friendliness of the community was warm and kind, so it makes it difficult to point out things that can quickly and easily to corrected. I’d rent this home again in a heartbeat if these simple change were made.
