There are a couple comfortable glider chairs on the front patio. Stroll the neighborhood with some cobble streets, many bakeries and restaurants, and much sea breeze. This a small town turned tourist turned back bohemian-Greek fishing village. Not your average pass through city. Check out the sponge docks 2 blocks away or Fred Howard Park or Sunset Beach at 1.5 miles away, Dunedin and Honeymoon Island 6 miles, clearwater beach 12 miles. Please take care of our home like it’s your in-law's house - since we know you’ll clean up better than at home ;) Seriously though, we love to host but are disheartened when the occasional issue arises of damage or cleanliness. This is a home- not a motel. Have fun and leave it as you found it. We enjoy hosting return visitors - ask for a standing rate. Pets may be welcome but require advance permission. $150/pet fee. Up to 2 cats or dogs. *** Pet visits MUST be requested and approved in advance as this is not a guaranteed amenity unless approved. *** Charges will apply to late checkouts or not following checkout policies. Please be kind and realize our housekeeper drives an hour to get there to sanitize and setup between each guest. Parents may use their discretion to bring a young child here but there are open stairs and nothing is baby-proofed. Grill and patio set available for use on back patio/carport, which is just off the kitchen. Please keep it over the drip board and drop tray. Please read through the entire welcome book and policies that are available on your dashboard before checking in. Checkin is after 3 PM. Checkout no later than 10 AM. Checkout process is listed clearly in the digital manual. Note that guests are expected to BAG all of their garbage and recycling so the wind doesn't feed it to our local sea life. Please take the garbage to the curb before Monday and Thursday mornings. Renter and guests must be 25 years of age or older, unless their legal guardian is present. Initial roll of toilet paper is provided in each bathroom but other paper products or consumable supplies are not provided. Walgreens is just up the street for guests to conveniently pick up additional as needed. Instacart will deliver for a small fee. Shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, and shower gel are stocked. Dishwasher and laundry detergent are not usually supplied. There is a hair dryer in the master bathroom and an iron in the laundry room. Tarpon Toms is around the corner and offers delivery of rentals such as bikes, kayaks, etc.More
