We did not have a good experience at this property. The house itself was built in the 70s and is quite old and is a "fraken-house" with odd extensions sort of bolted on to it in a random fashion. Two bedrooms are located on one side of the one floor house. The third is located on the complete other side through a bizarre collections of rooms. The back room with the washer and dryer stinks of what smells like cat litter and urine which reaches the back bedroom (and also has the washer and dryer stink)
The sliding glass door from the breakfast room to the pool has a locking latch on it that does not work once unlocked. We had to have a friend bring over tools in order to get the mechanism to slide down to lock the door.
The toilet in the bathroom by the two rooms is non-functional. When sitting on it the back of the toilet tank split open pouring water onto the floor. We were also not able to turn the shower on in the back bathroom that leads to the pool. We tried, the handle would not turn and we were afraid that it might break if we continued to try to turn it on.
The property manger VACASA refused to use the VRBO system to communicate and spammed us relentless via our personal email and cell adding us to soliciting and marketing lists while insisting we download their software app to gain info to get into the house.
We asked for our money back and are waiting a decision.

A group of brothers and sisters from New Jersey visiting our sister in Florida. Your location was very convenient to her condo, many delicious restaurants in the area to eat at. We had an absolutely wonderful time at your home.

Large, beautiful ranch home with many areas to gather. Hosts were thoughtful in the amenities they provided. It was quiet and peaceful.
