The first thing that guests will notice is the sense of space and light which has been carefully created here,thanks to the open-plan arrangement,double-height ceiling,skylights,and glass wall which opens onto the spacious seafront veranda. The owners have paid careful attention to detail to create a stylish space,with comfortable furnishings and on-trend decoration. There is a large corner-sofa for guests to relax on and enjoy the view to the beach whilst listening to music on the iPod dock,or perhaps fire up the wood burner and curl up in front of a film on the TV with Sky channels,DVD,or Blu-ray player. The dining area occupies one corner of the open-plan space,from where a door leads through to the conservatory kitchen which offers a Range-style oven,hob,microwave,fridge with ice compartment,washing machine,and dishwasher. The double bed is located in the opposite corner of the room to the dining area,whilst a small sofa bed can be found up stairs on the loft-style mezzanine floor. The bathroom has a fashionable,sleek feel to it and offers a bath,separate shower,and WC. The spacious decked terrace to the front of the property is situated right on the beach,and is a spectacular place from which to enjoy the fresh air and the relaxing sound of waves from the table and chairs provided. There is also a pretty marine-style garden to the side of the property,and off-road driveway parking for two cars. More
