Quiet getaway
The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The front yard was great for relaxing.

Family getaway
2 grandparents, 3 daughters and their husbands and kids for a wedding. We fell in love with the home. Kids enjoyed the bunk room and the screened room allowed for all to be together to laugh, talk and play cards. Books and pictures everywhere. Just a great home for 4 days. Everyone talks of going back. Money well spent.

Love this gem!
Great house in a very safe neighborhood. I grew up in the area so I know round bay is a very nice sought after neighborhood. House is great if you have kids. There is an awesome play area in the basement ! We loved having dinners in the glass covered patio. The neighborhood was quiet and had great running trails within walking distance. I will say the house is quite seasoned and very old with limited updates, but all in all a great place for family friendly fun in close proximity to annapolis and severna park.

Great place to reconnect with friends and family
Great place to stay with friends and family. Plenty of room for up to 10 people. Great access to restaurants and running trails. Easy access to Annapolis and surrounding communities. Definitely recommend!

Family gathering
We had a good family gathering at this property. Plenty of cookware, beds, etc. Yard space smaller and more overgrown than expected for children we had with us.

Family get together for wedding
Had Mom and all four of her kids unmet one roof with grandkids. Great house and plenty of places to spread out and hang out

Weekend Weeding Trip
The property gave us adequate space for my sister and her bridal party. Between doing 11 girls hair, makeup, & our photographer capturing every movement was perfect. The guest range from 3 yrs to 72 yrs old. The house wasn’t exactly elderly friendly due to all the steps but overall we made the best of it. Now Sean did message us about 33 guest being at the house and remind us it was “neighborhood” which was kind of unexpected and unusual as the house didn’t occupied no more then 15-18 people before and after the wedding. I’m not sure what type of system he has to determine cellular active or motion but it was definitely incorrect. But overall the bride was happy, my family was happy and that what matters the most.
