The house was very nice. The view of the lake was awesome! Communication with the owner was quick and easy. The kitchen was excellent! Well stocked and large. We will return if we get the chance. Highly recommend.

When you read that this is a well-stocked kitchen, it definitely is! My family and I stayed over Thanksgiving weekend, and the property did not disappoint for views or platters. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it.

We rented this house as the base camp for my sisters out of town wedding! It had plenty of space and beds to house all of us. The property was clean and supplied with plenty of activities laid out! Like a s’more bar! We took some wedding photos here and the backdrop was unreal! Only wish we had more time to enjoy the private beach and hot tub! Highly recommend this rental!

This beautiful Lake Michigan Beach house was just perfect for our family to re-unite and chill for a few days before we say good buy to summer. The home was absolutely spacious, ultra clean, and well stocked for a perfect vacation. There were lots of things to do, but mostly we enjoyed the time together watching the gorgeous sunsets and the cozy time around the campfire each evening. It was indeed restful,

My family stayed at this lovely home for my daughter’s wedding, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! Two bedrooms and a bath on the ground floor made it easy for my son, his wife and children to have their own space. The main floor with three bedrooms and bath is spacious, beautifully decorated, and has fabulous views of Lake Michigan. The house is directly on the lake, with access via stairs so you can put your toes in the water while enjoying the beauty! Roland is a wonderful host who went over and above the call of duty to make calls for us checking availability of The NY Times for my husband, as well as mailing us a package that arrived after we left. Great experience, stay here!

Extended family vacation: two grandparents, four "kids", three grandkids. Very enjoyable home, host and property.

Lovely home and the owners have put much thoughtfulness in providing for the needs of visitors. Everyone in our group commented on the cleanliness of the house and how well stocked it was. Cookware was nice quality which doesn’t typically happen in our experiences.

This home and its location are ideal for a large family getaway. The beach is accessible and the backyard is spacious and shady including a badminton net, a fire-pit, and hot tub. The beach toys were much appreciated by our grandsons. The house is tastefully decorated with every amenity for cooking, entertainment, and relaxing; no details are spared. The upper deck was a perfect place to view the lake and sunsets. Roland was professional and pro-active in communicating with us via text during our stay. We hope to return next summer. A beautiful gem in Benton Harbor. Clean, great beach front location and very well appointed with high end finishes - I.e. kitchen, linens etc. we had one issue with the outdoor hot tub and Roland was on it. He sent the pool guy over and then came over himself to drain and refill it to get it back to sparkling! And while he was there he played volleyball and badminton with the kiddos. And he even have us a giftcard to a local restaurant for our troubles. He is a class act. And the property was perfect for us.
