Very rustic accommodations. Air conditioning does not reach bedrooms, thankfully it was never over 80 outside or we would have been miserable. Master bed is very uncomfortable, I never struggle with hotel beds but I had a horrible stiff neck from this bed. The living room rug is shag and the vacuum they provided does not work on the rug, it was pretty nasty. The towels and sheets are about as cheap as they come and really need to be replaced. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for 5 nights. All kitchen supplies were very cheap as well, like dorm quality. Was pretty disappointed with the overall feel/supplies/amenities in the house for the price. The pool was really great though. We did also like the beach but if you need to go the bathroom it’s a very rough 12 minute walk to go there and back (going up hill is no joke), which is a pretty big drawback.

We wanted to get away for a quick two day trip with our just turned 3 year old. We are glad we find this cute condo really close to a private beach. The walk was a little steep but not bad at all. Sam, the host, was lightning quick with her responses. The door codes all worked. We had two great sunsets by the beach and our daughter lives swimming in the heated pool. The WI-FI is super fast! One of the bedrooms has a bunk in it and the other one a queen size I believe bed. It is super close to St. Joseph where we went to right after we checked out to ride a carousel and east at Silver Beach Pizza! We will go back to this condo next year if it is available!

Slept 3 kids and 2 adults comfortably. Management was prompt and helpful.

Great condo! We loved the pool and the walk to the lake. We can't wait to get back and enjoy the property again!

The condo was very nice. We looked forward to our beach vacation, but unfortunately the five minute walk to the beach was quite difficult to access due to a very steep grade path. Using a stroller or wagon was unsafe, and too difficult for a toddler to walk. Having no access to a washer/dryer, and no outdoor space where we could line dry beach items, meant beach gear did not dry after the first day.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. I only wish the path to the beach had stated it was a fairly good hill. My husband is going to have a hip replacement soon and it was very hard for him to get up and down the hill.

The perfect little getaway with close proximity to Lake Michigan, a community pool and quaint condo. A variety of games left by the host made for fun game nights with the kiddos.

This condo was clean and cool and communication with the owner was great. Our family did miss some outdoor space, we longed for an outside patio or sitting area aside from the common pool space - the condo is located in a beautiful wooded location! The private beach was our favorite part, but there is quite a path to get there and during our stay the grassy section was high, we wish it would've been mowed to avoid walking through high grass each day. We knew ahead of time that there would not be laundering available, and were sad to find only 1 towel & washcloth per person for the week - things got a little gross mid-week...so plan to pack a few of your own for a longer stay! We did enjoy being sandwiched between South Haven and St. Joe's Beach, two short trips with lots to do when you need a day out and about...although it can be hard to leave the beautiful, private beach!

We loved this spot! Everything about renting and staying here was easy, also, Sam was great at communicating and answering my questions! You definitely can't beat the sunset view at the beach!
