This was a great beach house. The beach was a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk away. The beach was pretty and had great waves and sand. This house is impeccably new, clean, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It had everything we needed. It was a very comfortable and hospitable house. Everyone slept great. We enjoyed the kitchen, And we enjoyed the easy access to a great beach.

Clean and convenient property. Close to beach. Chairs, bikes and wagon available to use was very helpful. Lovely front porch. House was very nice.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Roberts home! The house was exactly as pictured and very clean. The house had everything we needed and Robert was an excellent host.

Beautiful House within walking distance to beach, we all enjoyed our stay. House was clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to town. Thank you Andrew for providing such a cozy getaway.

We love the home and the location that is so close to Jean Klock beach. We have rented the home 6 times and will continue to rent it as long as we can. We already have it booked for 4th July 2023.

Clean. Modern. Homey. Nice neighbors. Pictures on site were very accurate. Awesome spot from which to visit Jean Klock park and beach.

The property was wonderful! Clean, spacious, tastefully decorated. Equipped with everything we needed. Felt at home from the minute we arrived. Only one suggestion--a full length mirror somewhere would be nice.

Wonderful home walking distance to Beach, Golf Club, and downtown Benton Harbor restaurants. Very clean home with all the amenities a family would want.

We stayed in this Benton harbor rental for the weekend and had a wonderful time. Close to the beach access and a short drive to downtown St Joe’s, this was the perfect weekend getaway. The house was lovely and Andrew was the easiest to work with. We’ll absolutely stay here again!
