If you are looking for a nearly updated home, this isn't your place but if you are looking for a beautiful old farmhouse with a ton of charm THIS IS IT!! The property is beautiful, our kids explored the grounds and loved searching for the farm cats. The owners made my daughters dreams come true by allowing her to hold the kittens on the daily. Although there is no central air the owners have done a great job by providing A/C units in each bedroom and fans on the main floor. Temperature was not an issue at all! The owners couldn't have been nicer and communication was excellent. We went to the beach in St Josephs and it was only a 15 minute drive, I feel like we had the best of both worlds; staying in the quiet of the farm house and the hustle and bustle of Silver Beach. We hope to make this place a yearly destination

We enjoyed the property. Large deck with 3 tables, flower beds, hammock and log cabin. Main floor needs to have some air-conditioning of some kind added. Thanks Brandi for showing us the "wedding barn"!

We loved our stay at the farmhouse. Communication with the owner was excellent. They wrote us several times to tell us about fireworks (we stayed 4th of July weekend) and other things happening in the area. We were given a tour of the venue grounds and our kids enjoyed running around outside playing hide and seek. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. The home felt spacious and the house stayed cool in the evenings with the windows open. Thanks for a great stay!

The house is beautiful and the property is gorgeous and well kept. We enjoyed being outside on the porch, in the yard, and also going to the beaches nearby. The house is very old and we enjoyed the decorating a lot! It was a nice break from city life! It’s a nice area to just relax. The owners were nice quickly responded. We did have to leave a day early due to illness (and we were really hot) and I wouldn’t have minded a partial refund for that but I didn’t ask. I do have a few complaints. We were pretty hot during the day and the shower is not what I expected for the price. The house doesn’t have AC but does have stand alone units that had difficulty keeping up with the 80 degree days. The owner messaged us the day of checkin and said the dishwasher was broken and we would need to hand wash. We spent a lot of time doing dishes and again I expected a discount for such an inconvenience. Overall we had a really nice time and if the AC and shower were better I would come again. Hopefully they can fix those items because the property and house are gorgeous.

The grounds are absolutely breathtaking and the location is perfect for going to St. Joe’s and South Haven. We had to wait a few hours for check in but the owner was very apologetic when she sent us our door code. The house wasn’t clean when we arrived so our first impression wasn’t favorable. The owner did fix the problem by having it cleaned the next day. The house is old but beautiful. If I owned it, I would have the floors refinished and the bathroom remodeled. The rest of the house is lovely and has lots of character! There were a lot of people coming and going on the property so just a heads up that it’s not very private. Overall, we were happy with the location but I don’t think we would go back again.

Had a great week relaxing on a charming farm!

Five of us stayed at this wonderful old farmhouse for my sister’s bachelorette weekend. The property is beautiful and very well kept as is the house itself. It was the perfect secluded getaway and close to several wineries if that’s a reason for visiting the area.

Our whole family (4 adults, 2 kids, and a dog) all stayed and we all had a wonderful time. Plenty of yard and space for kids and dog to run around and explore. The farm house itself was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away from the city. We’ll definitely be back.
