The Wayberry Cottage was a homerun! Great location in the middle of the woods, as close or far from everything as you want to be! If visiting in the winter there is a fantastic sledding hill on the side of the property for the kids and the cottage is close to snowmobile trails. The Cottage was laid out perfectly for our crew of 10. We had 2 families of 5 that stayed for the weekend and everyone had their own bed. There was ample space in the cabin and we did not feel cramped. Communication with the host was seemless and everything was staged perfectly upon our arrival. We will definitely be staying at the Wayberry Cottage in the future!

A group of us stayed at Wayberry Cottage for a weekend skiing at Crystal Mountain and Boyne. The house is extremely well kept and clean. The hot tub is new, clean and all the controls actually work. We would definitely stay there again. In the winter the street and driveway are tricky. It snowed and iced on the evening of our arrival. The 2 of us with front wheel drive cars had a challenge getting up the hill into the driveway. Definitely use the 2nd driveway advice the owner will give and take a bit of a running start at the hill leading up to the driveway. The 2 people in our group with 4 wheel drive had no problems at all.

We loved everything about this place. Super clean. The most gorgeous property. Hot tub was wonderful. Comfortable beds. The kids loved the game room downstairs. Adorable, thoughtful touches all throughout the cottage. Jennie is a pleasure to communicate with and came over when we arrived to check on us (I've never had an owner do that at other places). We were in town for our son's soccer tournament at Keystone Fields in Traverse City for the weekend but we are already talking about planning to stay again & spending more time here! We will definitely be back.

The cottage was located in a beautiful wooded area close to everything we wanted to do. The four bedrooms accommodated our family of seven very well. The furniture was comfortable and of good quality. The kitchen was well equipped. The owners thought of the comfort of their guests -- enough towels and many well placed lamps. Lake Ann was a nice little town, with a good restaurant, coffee shop, brewery, and even a small library with wifi for our grandchildren. And a special thank you to Jennie for finding and sending our grandson's eyeglasses!

This cabin was perfect for a nice quiet get away. The owners had great communication and the place was clean. We had everything we needed as well. We went into Traverse City and ate at Bubbas then picked up some donuts from peace love and little donuts. Food was delicious! I would recommend this cabin to anybody with a big group. Plenty of beds and activities for a nice weekend away.

My wife and I and two other couples came up and stayed at the Wayberry Cottage from May 3-5, 2019. I can't tell you how delighted we were as soon as we got there. It was everything we needed to create the most perfect weekend. We visited many wineries and really enjoyed our time during our travels but we also couldn't wait to get back and just enjoy the serenity of Wayberry. We took advantage of the fire pit, and the hot tub and finally got to watch our own television shows instead of what our kids would choose. We are already thinking about when we can visit again. Jennie was an absolute blessing during our stay. We couldn't have asked for the ideal VRBO to stay at this past weekend. Jennie, thank you SO much! We LOVED it! Joe & Tiffany
