Perfect venue to celebrate early Thanksgiving family gathering. Enjoyed hiking, running, cooking and playing games. Home is beautifully decorated with perfect mix of modern and antiques. Hope to make it a yearly gathering!!

This property is an excellent oasis when visiting the TC, Sleeping Bear Dunes and surrounding area. The house is very nice, super clean and well-stocked. The kids loved the woods and the fire pit, and the TV and WiFi provided all we needed for a fall football Saturday. When we had questions, Theresa responded immediately. Highly recommend!!

The property was perfect and very clean. Had the space and perfect amount of bathrooms. Stocked pretty well. The fire pit outside was perfect along with the weather we had. Looking forward to next year.

Nestled between Traverse City and the Sand Dunes. Great home. Cozy. Clean. Spacious. I would go back in a minute! Nice piece of property. We had everything we needed.

The house is extremely new and clean, with lots of space! The location is perfect - in between Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traverse City. It is very quite and located on 10 acres, so you feel like you are truly on vacation. The house is designed well, with 3 full bathrooms and 2 living areas with TVs. The foosball table was a ton of fun as well! Can't recommend highly enough. I want to go back.

Good location to sleeping bear, glen arbor and traverse city. Was a quite neighborhood, great outdoor space. Inside fit our family well. If you have small children bring plastic wear as all cups and plates are heavy glass. Only thing missing was a griddle we had everything else we needed.

We spent the week here with our kids and a few other adult family members. We have literally not one negative thing to say about this house, but we have lots of positives… For starters, it was hands down the cleanest rental we have stayed in (and that’s compared to other rentals with comparable reviews). No complaints about the mattresses (mine was super comfy). Three full bathrooms meant no waiting in lines. It had everything we needed and was set up in a way that allowed the entire house (even the garage and outdoor space) to be used. We especially appreciated the beach toys for the kids, the game room in the basement (we had some rainy days), the well appointed kitchen, the covered front porch and the indoor/outdoor garage space. We actually brought our outdoor movie set up and had a mosquito free movie night in the garage.

This is a property that is, quite simply, outstanding. This serves as our base for annual Vacation to the Traverse City area, and it is an ideal location for all activities in that area. Comfortable beds, plenty of space to stretch out, and outdoor space to have quiet reflection. Hosts are responsive and friendly. We hope to return next year for even more fun!
