We had eight people (2 families) sharing this amazing home on Lake Ann. The home was larger than expected and offered fantastic lake views. The beach/swimming area is perfect for kids while the adults hang out on one of the decks. The ablity to rent the pontoon and tube that is on property during our stay was the deal maker and ultimate highlight of the trip. The lake is not busy and very peaceful at night. We hope to come back next year!

Everything you need in a lake house. Highly recommend renting one of the new pontoons. Owner was very friendly and accommodating.

The pictures of this home do not do it justice. Walking in the front door we fell in love with the view of the water. This home is perfect for multiple families. The family room adjoining the two wings of the home provides a quite place for adults to hang after the children are down. Everyone in our group was so sad to leave. Thank you Terry and Mary for such an amazing stay.

Wow, where do I even start?! This place is absolute paradise. Terry and Mary have thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. The place was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen cooking supplies were well stocked. The beach area and water toys were well maintained and a big crowd pleaser with our group. This home is also a great location, with most attractions we visited being roughly 30 minutes or less. We would recommend this place without hesitation and are already planning a return trip!

There is so much to enjoy about this property! We were here in late June 2020 ... the lake itself is not crowded at all and is particularly nice. We did tubing and water skiing, fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding! The beach is shared with nearby properties, but when we were there these other places were not in use, so we had so much all to ourselves. It is 30 min from Sleeping Bear Dunes/Glen Arbor or Traverse City. Good options for nearby grocery store plus 20 minutes from Meijer's in Traverse City for the bigger grocery needs. One bedroom does not have A/C. Fine for our needs since it was June. The grandkids loved looking for the bald eagle across the lake and the turtles nearby! The beautiful decks on this property encouraged us to be outside! Cannot say enough about the beautiful decor and feel. So well appointed! Made us all feel special and welcome!
